By accessing or using Fantasy Forge at fantasyforge.app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fantasy Forge is a fantasy sports analysis and optimization tool. We provide player analysis, combination optimization, prop tracking, and related features to help users make informed decisions for fantasy sports and prop betting entertainment purposes.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (21+ where required by law)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscription Plans

Fantasy Forge Pro is available for $10/month. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

Refunds are provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated scripts or bots without permission
• Resell or redistribute our Service or data
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Fantasy Forge and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Fantasy Forge is an entertainment and analysis tool only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any analysis, predictions, or recommendations. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

NOT GAMBLING ADVICE: Fantasy Forge does not provide gambling advice. All decisions to place bets or make fantasy sports selections are made at your own risk. We are not responsible for any losses incurred.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fantasy Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
